Terms of Service/Do's and Dont's

If you're interested in commissioning me, you are required to read and accept my terms of service. These terms apply to private commissions only. The artwork I provide can only be used for the client's personal purposes and not commercial use. They are subject to change at any time.

  • All payment is taken via Cash App. All USD is taken upfront unless I've commissioned you before and/or trust you. It is your choice if you pay GBs/Item equivalent fully upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • I will notify you when I have started on your commission. Once I send you the sketch to ask for your approval, you lose the right to a refund.

  • While I'm working on your commission, I will send you WIPs to make sure it's to your liking and to keep you informed of the process.

  • The time it takes to finish your commission will vary 1 week to 3 months from the date that I say I'm starting on your commission.

  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the estimated delivery time, I will let you know asap.

  • Text-only descriptions, Mood/Pinterest boards, or unclear references will be an added fee. Depending on the amount of customizing I have to do, will decide the amount of the added fee.

  • You are allowed to revise the drawing both during the concept sketch and cleaned sketch phase. After that, it will cost extra for large changes to be made.

  • Once the drawing is finished and to your liking, i retain the right to use the piece for example showcase. If you don't want this done, just let me know beforehand.

  • I DO NOT consent to my artwork being used for NFTs or AI under any circumstances.

  • If for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will not pertain any rights to any work-in-progress drawings I have shown you.

  • You are not, under any circumstance, allowed to edit my artwork in any way.

  • Super Complex Armour Unless you agree to the extra fee

  • Anything pertaining to pedophilia or beastiality
